The Grupo Taller de Historia Social (Social History Workshop Group) is a research team whose members are specialized in the social history of Spain during the early modern age (16th- to early 19th centuries).

Its main target is to develop an interdisciplinary approach to the study of labouring people from a historical perspective, and to open a space for sharing and discussing ongoing research projects from Spain, Europe and South-America on this subject.
